Nestled in the hills above Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor Manor is a family run, dog friendly bed & breakfast guest house. 

 

Our light and airy rooms are all en-suite, with tea & coffee making facilities, small fridge and complementary toiletries. The ground floor rooms offer easier access and are ideal for guests staying with their dog.

 

There is a comfortable seating area with a licensed bar. Lynton & Lynmouth have a good variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes and is a 5 minute drive to both towns. We have outdoor seating on the lawn for warmer days, to enjoy takeaway fish & chips or just a chilled glass of wine! For those guests who have stayed with us before, the Beggars Roost pub next door is now permanently closed.

 

There is direct access to footpaths from the Manor, taking you to endless coastal walks, or down to Lynmouth and riverside walks at Watersmeet.

 

Dogs

We welcome your four-legged friends! Our ground floor rooms and breakfast room are dog friendly. If you are planning on bringing your dog with you, please inform us in advance so that we can ensure they have an enjoyable time here too. Each pet is charged at £10 per night.
